Job Description
Job Title: Shift Manager
Company: ANDREW CHARLES LLC
Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Shift Manager in Kalamazoo, MI, is generally considered below the competitive market average for this position. According to various labor market data sources, Shift Managers typically earn between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on the industry and level of experience. Factors such as location, cost of living, and employer size can influence salary ranges, but $15 per hour may not be sufficient to attract qualified candidates or retain staff, particularly when considering the current economic climate and rising living costs. Consequently, this rate may hinder both recruitment and operational effectiveness for businesses in the area.
