AI Pay Analysis: To provide a meaningful analysis of the hourly rate for a “Hospice Aide, STNA – Full Time” in Ann Arbor, MI, I would need the specific hourly rate you have in mind. However, as of my last training data in October 2023, Hospice Aide positions typically range between $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and local demand. In Ann Arbor, which has a relatively higher cost of living, rates may lean towards the upper end of this spectrum or slightly higher due to competitive healthcare wages. To determine if the offered rate is competitive, compare it with nearby facilities or similar job listings in the region. If the hourly rate falls within or above this range, it is likely aligned with industry standards for this role and location.
