AI Pay Analysis: To accurately analyze the hourly rate for the role of “Food Service Worker (On Call)” in Kingsley, MI, it’s essential to consider the current labor market, industry standards, and regional economic factors. As of my last update, food service workers in Michigan generally earn between $12 to $17 per hour, with variations based on experience, location, and specific job requirements. If the hourly rate for this role falls within or above this range, it can be considered competitive. Additionally, on-call positions may offer more flexibility but sometimes come with less job security. For a thorough assessment, comparing the offered rate to local job postings, cost of living, and employee benefits would provide a clearer picture of its competitiveness. Overall, if the rate is at or above the state average, it aligns well with industry standards.
