Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate Position:

  • Welcome all studio guests with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise.
  • Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested patrons during introductory sessions.
  • Manage phone inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and provide customer care from the front desk.
  • Conduct studio tours for walk-ins and first-time guests.
  • Collaborate with the fitness team to facilitate prospective clients’ initial Orangetheory workout experiences.
  • Drive membership sales to meet monthly targets and contribute to studio success.
  • Onboard new members using Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements.
  • Follow up with prospective clients via email and phone communications.
  • Address member requests and concerns professionally and objectively, aiming for resolution.
  • Participate in Orangetheory classes and engage in marketing and outreach events.
  • Maintain studio cleanliness and organization by adhering to daily cleaning checklists.
