Position Overview: Selling Associate
The Selling Associate is pivotal in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires engagement with customers and a sophisticated understanding of our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
When assigned to the sales floor:
- Drive store sales and growth through personal engagement with customers
- Proactively interact with customers, interpret cues, and respond appropriately
- Assist customers in finding their perfect bra fit by asking insightful questions
- Convert returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales
When assigned to the cash wrap:
- Provide a friendly and efficient checkout experience, processing transactions accurately
- Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout, encouraging additional purchases
- Maintain the cash wrap area and organize "go-backs"
When assigned to processing and replenishment:
- Prepare merchandise for the sales floor while upholding brand standards in the back room
- Replenish products to ensure availability on the sales floor
- Assist with additional responsibilities, including markdowns and re-ticketing
When assigned to floorset activity:
- Execute floorset procedures proficiently while adhering to brand standards
- Assist in maintaining an organized back room, facilitating efficient replenishment

Compensation:
Minimum Salary: $11.00
Maximum Salary: $13.75
