The successful candidate will be responsible for mastering our processes to effectively service our existing client portfolio of 2,000 businesses while cultivating relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads. This role also involves overseeing a small team to ensure the successful execution of these tasks.
As you gain proficiency in our systems and processes, you will have the opportunity to develop into the Agency Director role. This position offers a competitive salary with weekly payments, averaging between $70,000 and $85,000 in the first year.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and service the existing client base.
