We fully train and provide the newest information on fire safety as released for our clients.Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Communicate with our clients (phone and face-to-face).
  • Prepare our clients themselves by planning emergency exit plans, setting meeting spots, and identifying one-site fire risks.
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
  • Record filing within our customer service database.
  • Engage with clients.
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies.
