WHITTINGHAM is seeking a passionate and purpose-driven leader to join our esteemed organization, which has been a frontrunner in the industry for 120 years. The selected candidate will be instrumental in learning our processes to service our existing client base of 2,000 businesses, while also cultivating relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads. In this role, you will lead a small team to replicate these tasks effectively, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
As you gain expertise in our systems and processes, you will have the opportunity to transition into the Agency Director role, where you will be responsible for mentoring and training team members. This position offers a competitive salary, with an average first-year compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, paid weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional service to our existing client base.
– Identify and research new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
– Oversee team activities and monitor performance results.
