Job description:
As a Sales Lead at Icing, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail targets through proactive sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
– Assisting in driving sales and managing store operations, including opening and closing the store when needed, ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations.
– Providing exceptional customer service to create a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for our clientele.
– Demonstrating Icing’s diverse product offerings and utilizing your knowledge to assist customers with inquiries.
– Supporting inventory management by processing store deliveries, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and managing markdowns and promotions.
– Performing ear piercing, with comprehensive training provided.
– Maintaining a visually appealing store environment to attract and inspire customers.

About You:
