Service Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Oversee service orders and manage workflow in the drive lane
  • Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service experiences
  • Take ownership of customers’ experiences to leave a positive impression
  • Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, ensuring customers receive consistent and attentive care
  • Optimize the daily scheduling of technicians’ time to service customers effectively
  • Effectively distribute work assignments among technicians
