Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to join our team. This position provides essential administrative support to the leadership team, primarily the owners. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess exceptional multitasking abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar and Email Management: Efficiently manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and handle email correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across our social media platforms while ensuring consistency in our brand voice and alignment with our mission. Promptly respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a friendly manner.
  • Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups, ensuring a positive client experience and timely resolution of their questions.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and progress tracking of various projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, review, and organize documents, presentations, and reports for both internal and external use.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange and coordinate travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries as needed.
