Job Title: 1st Resident Aide

Company: Railside Assisted Living Center

Location: Byron Center, MI

Pay: $15 – 18 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $18 for a “1st Resident Aide” position in Byron Center, MI, appears to be slightly below or at the lower end of the competitive range for similar roles in the region. According to industry standards, especially in caregiver and residential aide positions, wages typically vary widely based on experience, certifications, and the specific demands of the role, but often fall between $15 – $20 or higher in Michigan. While the offered rate may be attractive for entry-level positions or those with minimal experience, it may not adequately reflect the responsibilities often associated with this role, particularly in areas with a higher cost of living or where demand for such services is greater. To remain competitive, the organization may consider aligning their pay scale more closely with prevailing wages in the area.
