Job description:

The Production Line Worker at our kitchen facility plays a vital role in assembling a portion of each customer’s order as it progresses along the conveyor line, executing this task in a safe and efficient manner. This dynamic position requires the associate to work in a refrigerated environment for the duration of the shift, which spans from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. The starting wage for this role is set at $15.50 per hour.

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing, cooking, and plating portions of orders as they travel along the production line.
  • Maintaining an appropriate pace in alignment with the surrounding workflow.
  • Consistently producing high-quality outputs.
  • Adhering to rigorous safety, quality, and production standards, including food sanitation (GMP) protocols.
  • Performing duties in a kitchen environment that remains insulated from external weather conditions, with temperatures maintained between 34-40 degrees Fahrenheit.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
  • Capability to lift up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and potential overtime as required.
  • Strong service orientation and teamwork skills, with effective communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding detailed written orders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer drug screening and background check.

  • Previous experience working on a production line.
  • Familiarity with working in refrigerated environments.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly perform tasks that involve handling, feeling, or operating objects and controls, as well as reaching with hands and arms.
