Job description:

The Production Line Worker at our kitchen facility plays a vital role in preparing and plating a portion of each customer’s order as it moves along a conveyor line, ensuring safety and efficiency. This fast-paced position requires associates to work in a refrigerated environment throughout their entire shift. The work schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with a starting pay rate of $15.50 per hour.

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing, cooking, and plating orders as they are presented on the line.
  • Maintaining pace with the surrounding work environment.
  • Consistently producing quality work output.
  • Adhering to stringent safety, quality, and production standards, including food sanitation (GMP) guidelines.
  • Performing duties within a kitchen setting with a controlled temperature of 34-40 degrees.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Capability to stand or walk for up to 8-10 hours.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and/or overtime as required.
  • Strong service orientation.
  • Team player with effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in reading and processing detailed written orders.
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer drug screen and background check.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Physical Requirements:
