Pay: $53500 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary of $53,500 for a position in the “2025 Management & Sales Training Program” in Garden City, MI translates to an approximate hourly rate of $25.74, assuming a standard full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. While this figure may be competitive for entry-level positions in management training and sales within the region, it generally falls on the lower end of the scale compared to similar roles in larger urban areas or more established companies in the field, which often offer salaries ranging from $40,000 to over $60,000 annually for comparable positions with additional benefits. Considering the cost of living in Detroit and surrounding areas, as well as the typical salary expectations for training programs in management and sales, this offer may not fully align with industry standards, and potential candidates might seek higher compensation.
