Pay: $53500 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary of $53,500 for the “2025 Management & Sales Training Program” in Escanaba, MI, translates to approximately $25.68 per hour, assuming a standard 40-hour workweek. This rate appears competitive for entry-level positions in management training and sales within the region, particularly in areas where the cost of living is lower than the national average. According to data from various salary survey platforms, entry-level management positions in sales typically range from $45,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on the industry and location. While this salary is on the lower end of that spectrum, it is reasonable for a training program that may also provide additional benefits and opportunities for advancement. Thus, it aligns fairly well with industry standards, although candidates with more experience or in highly competitive markets might expect higher compensation.
