We are currently recruiting Production Associates to assist in the production of Libby’s Vienna Sausages, VanCamps Baked Beans, Healthy Choice Soups, Hunt’s Manwich, Hunt’s Spaghetti Sauces, and a diverse range of other products at our manufacturing facility in Archbold, OH. You will report directly to a Shift Supervisor and become part of a dedicated team of 500 employees at our plant.

Shift Details: 2nd Shift (approximately 2:50 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.) or 3rd Shift (approximately 10:50 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.).
Location: 901 Stryker St., Archbold, OH 43502 (This position requires onsite work at the production facility).
Compensation: $22.76 per hour plus an additional $0.75 shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shifts.

• You will be part of a general labor pool, rotating among various positions to fill daily vacancies—an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of the plant’s operations.
• You will collaborate across multiple departments within the facility, including Sauce, Kitchen, Vienna, Packaging, or Sanitation.
• You will adhere to plant safety and quality standards, which include the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), conducting safety checks, maintaining cleanliness as per 5S standards, and following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure Safe Quality Food in a food manufacturing environment.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to safely navigate stairs, twist, turn, bend, and reach as required.
• Competence to work in diverse conditions, including cold, hot, wet, or slippery environments.
• Willingness to work overtime, including daily and weekend shifts.
• Proficiency in following both written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work effectively both in a team setting and independently.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Food Manufacturing is preferred.
• Ideally, 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing is advantageous.
