Job Title: 2nd Shift – Facilities Technician – Hampton Inn Holland

Company: Suburban Inns

Location: Holland, MI

Pay: $17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $17 for the position of “2nd Shift – Facilities Technician” at Hampton Inn in Holland, MI appears to be somewhat competitive but slightly below the average for similar roles in the hospitality and facilities management industry. As of 2023, the typical hourly wage for facilities technicians in Michigan generally ranges between $18 to $25, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. While this rate may attract entry-level applicants or those with minimal experience, it may not be sufficient to retain more skilled technicians or those with several years of experience, especially in a region where the cost of living is gradually rising. Therefore, while the rate may be appealing for some, it could limit the pool of qualified candidates.
