Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
– Uphold professionalism and provide courteous service to all stakeholders.
– Participate actively in team and departmental meetings.
– Demonstrate effective time management and prioritize tasks relevant to each property.
– Monitor inventories to ensure the fulfillment of daily responsibilities.
– Maintain public spaces and mechanical equipment as necessary.
– Perform and supervise maintenance-related repairs.
– Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure all equipment functions optimally.
– Preserve the hotel’s aesthetic appeal with meticulous attention to detail from both guest and tenant perspectives.
– Review daily work orders and generate reports on maintenance activities.
– Ensure timely completion of all projects, exercising a sense of urgency to accommodate guests and tenants.
– Understand and implement proper lockout/tagout procedures in compliance with OSHA standards.
– Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
– Make decisions with integrity in day-to-day operations on behalf of the company, colleagues, and guests/tenants.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this position, you should possess:
– A minimum of two years of experience in commercial or industrial Facilities Maintenance.
– Basic computer proficiency.
– The ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings.
– Competence in reading, writing, and utilizing basic mathematical skills.
– Capability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions effectively.
– A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
– Strong communication and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
– The ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
– Physical capability to lift and carry 50 pounds, climb ladders, operate power tools, and work near mechanical equipment.
