We are currently seeking candidates for our 2nd shift (3 PM – 11 PM), with part-time availability for 3-4 nights per week. Applicants must be able to work the 2nd shift and be available on weekends and holidays.

Hocking Hills Lodge and Conference Center is a newly established facility featuring 81 rooms, 40 cabins, a full-service restaurant, and banquet facilities that can accommodate up to 200 guests. Responsibilities:

  • Address general room service requests (TV issues, lighting, toilet overflow, thermostat adjustments, etc.)
  • Perform maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and addressing other requests from housekeeping and the front desk
  • Troubleshoot equipment and systems, including heating and cooling settings within the lodge
  • Verify the functionality of safety systems (fire alarms and fire extinguishers)
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external professionals during service calls
  • Test and maintain pool and hot tub chemical levels
  • Assist with yard maintenance and litter collection as needed
  • Execute other tasks as assigned by the Chief Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications:
