Pay: Starting at $21.29/hour (including a $1.00 2nd shift premium)

  • Additionally, you can earn two pay raises within your first year.
  • Performance incentives based on speed and efficiency allow for earning potential beyond the starting wage.

Work Schedule:

  • Days: Sunday – Friday (rotating 4-day work week every 4 months)
  • Shift: 2nd Shift – 6:00 PM until completion (shift length varies based on work volume)

The role requires physical endurance, as you will be on your feet for 10 hours, lifting up to 100 pounds and operating in temperature-controlled environments. No prior experience is needed; our dedicated training team will equip you with the necessary skills. As a selector, your compensation will increase with your production and efficiency, with the potential for our selectors to earn, on average, 122% of their base salary!

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Availability to work during holidays, weekends, and overtime as required, as holidays are important to our customers.
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures, ranging from -25°F to 100°F.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English to interpret labels, pick lists, and safety signage, and to complete necessary paperwork.
  • Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required.
