Compensation: $30 – $35 per hour
3rd Shift Maintenance Technician
$30 to $35+
7:30 PM – 6:00 AM (Sunday – Thursday)

SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Diagnose and repair issues related to pneumatics, hydraulics, overhead cranes, forklifts, hoists, three-phase motors, variable speed drives and controls, as well as welding, cutting, and heavy industrial wiring.
  • Overhaul and refurbish both electrical and mechanical components.
  • Execute the installation, modification, and fabrication of equipment and systems to align with production requirements and schedules.
  • Conduct Total Preventative Maintenance on all machinery and equipment according to established schedules.
  • Acquire knowledge of processes, equipment specifications, and company standards by actively utilizing resources, collaborating with associates, and engaging with manuals, training departments, and policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and housekeeping practices.
