You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, with a primary focus on floor care. Your responsibilities will include operating the scrubber and buffer, as well as performing dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows. You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and will be cross-trained to support various areas of the store as business needs arise.

Key Responsibilities:
– Role model established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Ensure adherence to all floor care cleanliness standards, including the effective maintenance and operation of cleaning equipment.
– Uphold organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards across all areas of the store, including the Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms.
– Comply with company policies regarding Health and Safety, including restocking essential items in the Lounge, Restrooms, and Front End.
– Support various store functions, including Backroom, Front End, and Sales Floor, as needed.
– Assist with Front End coverage requirements and respond to operational demands promptly.
– Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
– Participate in store recovery as necessary throughout the day.
– Maintain compliance with operational and loss prevention controls in alignment with company guidelines, focusing on shrink reduction.
– Communicate effectively and accurately with both management and Associates.
– Follow all labor laws, policies, and procedures, including those governing employee meal and break periods.
– Engage in safety awareness initiatives to maintain a secure work environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
