Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify established customer service best practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture characterized by honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately process customer purchases and returns and return change according to established procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Uphold our merchandising philosophy by adhering to established procedures and standards.
  • Ensure merchandise is accurately processed and prepared for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Initiate and engage in store recovery efforts as needed throughout each shift.
  • Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and contribute to the overall upkeep of the store.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback in a team environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and engage in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrinkage.
  • Participate in safety awareness programs and maintain a secure environment.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.
