As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and profitable management of operations under the guidance of the Area Manager/Regional Director. Your responsibilities encompass managing recruitment, training, scheduling, event day operations, and administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for creating staffing estimates, tracking costs, reviewing contracts, supervising labor, and ensuring accuracy in payroll and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:
– Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution, including recruiting, hiring, security licensing, training, scheduling, event day operations, and administrative functions.
– Strategic Planning: Develop staffing estimates, monitor costs, review contracts, supervise labor and subcontractors, and ensure precise payroll and invoicing.
– Continuous Improvement: Propose strategies to enhance execution and deliver additional value in a cost-effective manner.
– Customer Satisfaction: Foster proactive communication with clients, solicit feedback, and continuously seek to enhance customer satisfaction.
– Team Leadership: Mentor and coach team members, maintain morale, and ensure professional skills proficiency and productivity.
– Accurate Reporting: Guarantee the timely and precise completion of payroll records and staff scheduling.
