In this role, you will promote Stewart’s services and solutions through various sales and marketing initiatives aimed at ensuring customer success while maximizing revenue and market share. You will support the sales function by managing our existing client relationships and serving as a vital liaison between customers and Stewart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong business relationships and addressing customer service inquiries, process updates, quality assurance, and conflict resolution as necessary.
- Oversee a portfolio of business accounts, engaging in account management tasks, including the setup of new accounts and the closure of existing accounts.
- Adhere to established procedures to execute routine responsibilities and resolve standard issues effectively.
