The Account Representative will deliver account management support to assigned customers in the region, effectively managing their accounts through multi-channel communication.

Key Responsibilities:
– Process orders, quote requests, and coordinate deliveries efficiently.
– Proactively engage with key accounts and potential customers by identifying their needs and exploring opportunities for growth.
– Communicate marketing initiatives to actively engage and re-engage customers within your portfolio.
– Maintain and update customer and quote data in our CRM system (Salesforce).
– Collaborate with the Sales Support Team to identify, bid, track, and report on all quotes until closure.
– Serve as a liaison between the customer and their local branch(es).

Qualifications:
– 2-3 years of sales experience preferred, with a background in the landscaping, nursery, or horticultural industries considered a plus.
– A degree in Business or Management, or equivalent experience is preferred.
– A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
