Job description:

The Assistant Store Manager-PT reports directly to the Store Manager and plays a pivotal role in supporting account management and sales initiatives while ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. This position involves collaborating with Acima retail partners to process credit applications and web orders, converting them into Acima credit customers. The Assistant Store Manager is also responsible for reviewing lease applications, promoting and articulating the benefits of Acima’s leasing solutions to customers, and driving conversions within one of our retail partner locations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Account Management

  • Drive customer growth through various channels, including web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
  • Identify and fulfill customer needs promptly while ensuring satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payment options, benefits, and the entire application process.
  • Successfully close sales by converting applications from in-store and online orders.
  • Collaborate effectively with Acima partner stores in all operational aspects.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Store Manager regarding store and coworker performance and activities.

Customer Service

  • Build strong relationships with retail personnel to generate referrals and enhance customer understanding of the Lease-To-Own process.
  • Efficiently address and resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Foster a positive and cohesive work environment to promote coworker retention and minimize turnover.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications is preferable.
  • Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is advantageous.

Expected Hours of Work
