AI Pay Analysis: To provide an accurate analysis of the hourly rate for the “Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse – RN” role in Ann Arbor, MI, it would be essential to know the specific rate in question. However, generally speaking, as of my last knowledge update in October 2023, registered nurses in acute dialysis roles typically earn salaries ranging from $30 to $45 per hour, depending on experience, certifications, and the facility. In the Ann Arbor area, rates may be at or slightly above the national average due to the presence of major medical institutions. To determine competitiveness, comparing the provided rate against these benchmarks, along with considering local demand, benefits, and work conditions, would be essential. If the rate significantly exceeds the lower end of the scale, it could be seen as competitive and attractive to potential candidates.
