Job description:

This position is a key expert role where you will provide vital support to senior leaders and cross-functional teams, ensuring that meetings, events, and activities are executed with precision and efficiency. You will offer comprehensive administrative, project, and leadership support to Procter & Gamble’s Information Security group, which operates as a corporate IT function led by the Chief Information Security Officer. This team is committed to safeguarding P&G’s reputation, revenue, and shareholder value against both current and emerging threats while promoting business operations and growth with a user-centric approach and secure, resilient capabilities.

Major Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering administrative support to the leadership team, particularly to two Vice Presidents. Tasks will include calendar management, scheduling critical meetings and events, assisting with projects, and facilitating work logistics.
  • Providing project support for Information Security teams engaged in significant, high-profile projects and initiatives for the company, primarily focusing on Purchase Order execution, support, and governance.
  • Actively participating as a member of the culture team within Information Security, contributing to initiative and event planning designed to cultivate a positive workplace culture and foster high-performing teams.
  • Managing travel arrangements and expense reporting for Vice Presidents, collaborating with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Security Officer on various organizational meetings and capabilities. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, initiative, and follow-through.
  • Demonstrating agility and flexibility in managing multiple priorities, responsibilities, and adapting to changes within a team environment.
  • Being a strong collaborator, with a proven track record of effective communication and teamwork across all levels of the organization.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency in technology, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and other relevant software.
  • Experience in calendar management, travel planning, event management, expense reporting, credit card reconciliation, purchase orders, and VISA applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines with high standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
