Job Overview:

Essential Functions:
– Assist in the recruitment of undergraduate and graduate students to the College of Allied Health Sciences.
– Deliver presentations to large groups of prospective students, parents, families, and high school guidance counselors at both on-campus and off-campus events, including campus visits, high school visits, college fairs, and virtual engagements.
– Develop and implement initiatives that effectively serve prospective College of Allied Health Sciences students, utilizing data to coordinate travel and outreach efforts, including high school and college visits.
– Travel during critical recruitment periods and work evenings and weekends as needed to facilitate campus visit experiences and other recruitment-related responsibilities.
– Leverage information about students and organizations to advise prospective students throughout the application and enrollment process.
– Enhance representation from targeted strategic populations based on the demographics of the assigned territory (e.g., underrepresented, high-achieving, out-of-state, and international students).
– Evaluate applications for admission and make holistic decisions while ensuring accuracy and consistency to align with the university’s enrollment goals.
– Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain records, generate reports, and assist with data analysis to inform future planning and evaluation efforts.
– Oversee special projects and initiatives as assigned.
