As a part-time Admissions Host for Team Merlin, you will play a vital role in crafting lasting memories for our guests while encouraging repeat visits. You will uphold the highest standards of guest service, presentation, and product knowledge, ensuring our guests enjoy a magical, fun, and safe experience.

Responsibilities:
– Embody an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to guest service while exemplifying the Merlin Values at every opportunity.
– Proactively engage with guests, displaying unparalleled enthusiasm and energy.
– Maintain a robust sales approach to achieve and exceed sales targets.
– Ensure queue management is conducted safely while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
– Communicate comfortably and effectively with a diverse range of guests, visitors, and team members.
– Ensure all public areas are well-stocked and organized, ready for attraction opening, and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
– Adhere to opening and closing procedures as outlined in the department’s operational plan.
– Uphold health, safety, and security compliance within the workplace, including COVID-19 policies, practices, and regulations.
– Be prepared to stand, bend, kneel, and reach repetitively or for extended periods of time as required by the position.

Qualifications & Experience:
About You
– Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in ticketing/admissions, attractions, entertainment, or customer service roles.
– Possess a fun, dynamic, and friendly demeanor.
– Demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills with both guests and team members.
– Comfortable working in environments with loud noises and confined spaces.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, equipped with strong problem-solving skills for addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
– Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
