Job Description
Job Title: Admissions Senior Fellow 2025
Company: Oberlin College & Conservatory
Location: Oberlin, OH
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for the position of “Admissions Senior Fellow 2025” in Oberlin, OH, appears to be relatively low, particularly for roles typically associated with admissions at higher education institutions. In general, similar positions in admissions at colleges and universities—especially at the senior level—often pay in the range of $20 to $30 per hour or more, depending on the institution and the candidate’s experience and responsibilities. Factors such as the cost of living in Oberlin, which, while lower than major urban centers, still necessitates a reasonable wage, further suggest that this rate may not be competitive. Therefore, this compensation might limit appeal to qualified candidates, especially considering that many roles in education are increasingly focusing on attracting talent with competitive wages.
