Job Overview:
As an Adobe Multi-Solution Architect (MSA), you will be instrumental in the architecture, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Adobe solutions, including Audience Manager, Campaign, Analytics, Target, and Experience Manager. You will collaborate closely with marketing departments, IT teams, developers, system administrators, and end-users to deliver state-of-the-art implementations for large-scale clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing tailored architectural solutions for various projects.
  • Defining project scope and resource allocation while anchoring proof of concept developments.
  • Delivering complex feature designs and solutions to address business challenges and third-party platform integrations.
  • Engaging with some of the industry’s top talent to create and implement innovative, high-quality solutions.
  • Participating in sales and other initiatives focused on meeting client business needs.
  • Contributing to thought leadership and mentoring within the organization while engaging in systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions addressing marketing or customer care challenges using Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Conduct assessments and audits of existing digital ecosystems with recommendations for optimization based on client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Create multi-channel architecture diagrams and documentation to support recommended approaches.
  • Develop 2-4 year digital marketing roadmaps leveraging audience insights to enhance personalization and targeting.
  • Oversee the delivery of best-in-class digital solutions across multiple channels.
  • Provide recommendations on management and governance policies while adhering to client constraints.
  • Implement testing strategies to ensure compliance with specifications and outline key performance metrics for success measurement.
  • Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives and senior leadership.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives through whitepapers, blog posts, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing daily operations with three or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as:
    • Advertising Cloud (Media Optimizer)
    • Analytics
    • Audience Manager
    • Campaign (Standard or Classic)
    • Experience Manager
    • Experience Cloud Platform/Adobe IO
    • Target
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience architecting and implementing complex digital marketing solutions across various channels, including web, SEM, media, mobile apps, and email for large corporate environments.
  • Proven experience in project estimation, scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline formulation in pre-sales or project migration environments.
  • Proficiency in delivering customer-facing solutions using both client-side and server-side technologies, as well as server-to-server APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multiple Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certifications in Experience Cloud.
  • Experience working directly as a customer of Adobe or as a consultant deploying Adobe services.
  • Proven track record of delivering digital results from both technical and sales/marketing perspectives.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is competitive and takes into consideration various factors, including skills, experience, geographical location, and other business needs. The estimated salary range for this position is $81,978 to $178,090, representing base salary only and excluding benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
