Job description:
The Agent will be responsible for a diverse range of assignments, including providing concierge-level security for residential settings and events, response services, basic driving, and conducting investigations.
Essential Functions:
- Uphold Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence in all interactions.
- Deliver exceptional concierge-level security for clients at company locations and events.
- De-escalate potentially tense situations or individuals when necessary.
- Prepare comprehensive incident reports for any occurrences or variances that require documentation.
- Carry out thorough investigations and produce detailed investigative reports.
- Offer response services related to emergency and crisis management, high-risk terminations, workforce disruptions, natural disasters, civil unrest, and threat monitoring.
- Safely transport clients to and from company locations and events.
- Secure the client’s residential perimeter.
- Monitor CCTV, manage access control systems, and respond to alarms as needed.
- Identify and report any equipment deficiencies or failures.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED, along with experience in law enforcement, military, and/or security fields. A Michigan Concealed Pistol License (CPL) is required. Pinkerton values diversity and encourages applicants with varied backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
