Job description:

The Agent will undertake a range of responsibilities, including providing concierge-level, residential, or event security, as well as response services, basic driving, and investigative tasks.

Essential Functions:

1. Uphold Pinkerton’s foundational values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
2. Deliver concierge-level security services at the company premises and during events.
3. Deescalate challenging situations or individuals when necessary.
4. Prepare detailed incident reports following any incident, occurrence, or variance that requires documentation.
5. Conduct thorough investigations and compile investigative reports.
6. Offer response services related to emergency and crisis planning, high-risk terminations, workforce disruptions, natural disasters, civil unrest, and threat monitoring.
7. Safely transport the client to and from company locations and/or events.
8. Secure the client’s residential perimeter, monitor CCTV, manage access controls, and respond to alarms as required.
9. Identify and escalate any deficiencies or failures in equipment.
10. Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:
A High School Diploma or GED is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates should have experience in law enforcement, military, or security sectors. Required certifications include the Ohio State Guard Card, Ohio Carry Concealed Weapon/HR218, and First Aid/CPR/AED. Salary & Benefits Information:
