Primary Job Duties
As an Airport Agent, you will be primarily responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while performing a range of essential tasks. These include ticketing and re-booking passengers, boarding flights, assisting passengers with special needs, and resolving customer concerns, among others.

Responsibilities
– Load and unload customer luggage, airfreight, and company mail from aircraft.
– Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers without luggage, and re-book passengers in a timely and friendly manner.
– Escort passengers and customers with special needs safely and courteously.
– Marshal aircraft in and out of the ramp area.
– Service aircraft as necessary.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
– Must be at least 18 years of age.
– Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license.
– High school diploma or GED equivalent.
– Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
– Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
– Basic proficiency in fundamental computer programs for record-keeping and baggage routing.
– Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
– Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
– Availability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
– This is a part-time position, starting at $13 per hour.
