As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a critical role in our operations by ensuring safe and courteous transportation for customers between the parking facility and the airport. If you align with our core values of teamwork, care for people, and exceptional service, we invite you to apply.

Weekly Schedule:

• Standby availability
• Willingness to work overnight shifts

Key Responsibilities of Shuttle Drivers:

• Greet each customer warmly and offer assistance with their luggage
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain familiarity with the facility and airport terminals
• Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver outstanding service
• Adhere to all regulations and requirements for the operation of commercial vehicles
• Complete additional duties as reasonably assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Required:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in driving or customer service is advantageous
• Clean driving record is essential
• Must currently hold or be able to obtain the necessary licenses or badges to operate a commercial vehicle as mandated by authorities
• Willingness to pass a physical examination as part of the selection process, as required by airport, federal DOT, and/or state regulations
• Proficiency in reading and speaking the English language (DOT requirement)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage
