Shift: 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and ambulation.
  • Maintain cleanliness within the facility, including performing light housekeeping tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety and health standards, including infection control protocols.
  • Monitor and assess changes in residents’ conditions and communicate any concerns to the supervisor promptly.
  • Administer medications and injections to residents in accordance with medical orders.
  • Follow scheduled routines and assist residents with repositioning as required.
  • Document medication administration following established procedures.
  • Employ sound judgment while providing care and ensuring safety.
  • Collaborate with team members in completing their duties as needed.
  • Complete all required documentation and charting accurately.
  • Respond to call lights and assess residents’ needs.
  • Retrieve meal trays and assist residents during mealtime.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work every other weekend.
