Job Description
Job Title: AM Caregiver 12 hour shift
Company: Crystal Creek Senior Living
Location: Canton, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $16 for an “AM Caregiver 12 hour shift” in Canton, MI appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for caregiving roles in that area. According to industry standards and data from various job platforms, the average hourly wage for caregivers typically ranges from $18 to $22, with rates varying based on experience, qualifications, and the specific demands of the job. Given that the cost of living in Michigan and surrounding areas can influence wage expectations, $16 may not be competitive, potentially making it challenging for employers to attract skilled candidates in a tight labor market where caregivers often seek better compensation.
