Job Title: AM Caregiver/MedTech

Company: Kingsley Senior Living

Location: Canton, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $15 for an “AM Caregiver/MedTech” in Canton, MI appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum for similar roles in the healthcare and caregiving industry. While pay can vary depending on experience, qualifications, and specific job responsibilities, typical rates for caregivers range from $15 to $20 per hour, with MedTech roles potentially commanding higher wages due to the technical skills involved. Additionally, the cost of living in Canton, MI, suggests that a more competitive wage would be closer to $17-$20 per hour to attract and retain qualified candidates. Therefore, while $15/hour is a common starting point, it may not be fully competitive or sustainable for long-term employment.
