Job description:

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity at our Centerville Costco location! We are seeking motivated, positive, and energetic professionals who are passionate about serving as brand ambassadors for our nutritional supplements, including products from Qunol and Zena (Liquid Collagen and Super Greens).

As a brand ambassador, you will receive training to effectively promote sales through active demonstrations of our highly sought-after products, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric offerings.

Available Demo Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM, all days available, with Saturdays and Sundays being particularly lucrative commission days. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to augment their income through part-time work.

Compensation:

• Starting pay of $25 per hour, with the potential for bonuses based on exceeding sales targets.
• W-2 Employment status.
• A promotional kit will be provided, along with bi-weekly paychecks via direct deposit.
• On average, our brand ambassadors earn between $200 and $300 per day, with top performers exceeding $500 daily.

Bonus Structure:
Our product lineup consists of four different options in Costco, typically featuring three at each demonstration. Shifts begin at 10:00 AM and conclude at 5:30 PM, with credit for sales incurred during the day. Notably, this period includes an additional three hours during which customers actively purchase our products.

• Sell 30 Super Greens to earn $90 in commission.
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen to earn $60 in commission.
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) to earn $15 in commission.

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Engage and interact with Costco members to promote various brands supplied by our partners.
• Maintain a professional and competent presence while representing the company within the Costco setting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Stay informed by regularly checking for messages and communications from your manager regarding scheduling and other updates.
• Participate in scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager.
• Capable of lifting and transporting a 2’ x 4’ folding table (approximately 20 pounds) to and from the store and your vehicle.
• Ability to carry products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials to and from the vehicle at the start and end of each shift.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Function independently without direct supervision as the sole representative at your location.

Requirements:

• Outgoing demeanor with the ability to engage and converse with customers comfortably.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience in direct sales is preferred.
• Proficient with email and basic computer/mobile device technology.
