WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE GREEN OAK TOWNSHIP COSTCO LOCATION! We are seeking enthusiastic, goal-driven professionals who are passionate about representing our brands as brand ambassadors. This is an excellent opportunity to sell nutritional supplements crafted by Qunol and Zena, including Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

Are you a highly motivated individual who enjoys engaging with people and works well independently? If so, this position is perfect for you! Our representatives will be trained to drive sales while effectively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our highly regarded products, which include Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric supplements.

Available Demo Hours: 10 AM – 5:30 PM, with opportunities available all week. Saturdays and Sundays offer the best commission potential. This sales role is particularly well-suited for individuals looking to supplement their income through part-time work.

Compensation:

• Starting hourly rate of $25, with additional bonuses for exceeding sales goals
• W-2 Employment status
• Promotional kit provided, along with bi-weekly paychecks via direct deposit
• Our average brand ambassadors earn between $200-$300 per day, with top performers exceeding $500 daily

Bonus Structure:
Our products are showcased at Costco, and typically three will be available for sale during your shift. Below is an overview of potential bonuses based on sales metrics:

• Selling 30 Super Greens will yield a $90 commission
• Selling 20 Liquid Collagen will result in a $60 commission
• Selling 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) will provide a $15 commission

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Actively engage and interact with Costco members to promote our brands
• Represent yourself and the company with professionalism and competence while at Costco
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo
• Regularly monitor communications from your manager regarding scheduling and other pertinent information
• Participate in scheduled paid compliance calls with the team and/or regional manager
• Ability to lift and transport a 2’ x 4’ folding table (approximately 20 pounds) to and from the store and your vehicle at the start and end of each shift
• Carry products, demonstration materials, and sales supplies as needed
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Work independently as the sole team member at each location

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal communication abilities
• Previous experience in direct sales is preferred
• Proficient in email and basic computer/mobile device usage
