Job description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, positive, and sales-oriented professionals for our Midland Costco location who can serve as passionate brand ambassadors. This position presents an excellent opportunity to promote and sell nutritional supplements from Qunol & Zena, including our popular Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

Are you highly motivated by sales goals and enjoy engaging with customers? If so, this role may be the perfect fit for you! Our representatives will receive training to effectively encourage sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our highly sought-after products, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric items.

Available Demo Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with all days open for scheduling. Saturdays and Sundays often yield the best commission opportunities. This part-time sales position is ideal for individuals seeking to supplement their income.

Compensation:

  • Starting pay at $25 per hour, plus additional bonuses for exceeding sales quotas
  • W-2 employment status
  • Promotional kit provided, along with bi-weekly paychecks via direct deposit
  • Average earnings for our brand ambassadors range from $200 to $300 per day, with top earners exceeding $500 daily!

Bonus Structure:
Our bonus system varies based on sales performance, providing insight into potential earnings. Shifts run from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and you receive credit for any sales made during this period, which includes an additional three hours of customer purchasing.

  • Sell 30 Super Greens: earn $90 in commission
  • Sell 20 Liquid Collagen: earn $60 in commission
  • Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale): earn $15 in commission

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

  • Engage and interact with Costco members to promote a variety of brands supplied by our partners.
  • Represent yourself and our company professionally while present at Costco.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
  • Regularly monitor communications regarding scheduling and other updates from your manager.
  • Available for scheduled paid compliance calls with your team or regional manager.
  • Capable of lifting and transporting a 2’ x 4’ folding table (approximately 20 pounds) from the parking lot to the store and back at the end of your shift, along with required products and demonstration materials.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision as the sole team member at each location.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing personality with a strong ability to engage and converse with customers.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in direct sales or related fields.
  • Proficiency with email and basic computer or mobile device usage.
