Job description:

We are excited to announce an immediate hiring opportunity at the Costco location in East Lansing! We are seeking enthusiastic, positive, and sales-oriented professionals to serve as passionate brand ambassadors. This position offers a unique opportunity to promote and sell high-quality nutritional supplements, including Qunol and Zena’s Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

Brand ambassadors will receive training to effectively promote sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our highly sought-after products, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric offerings.

Available Demo Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with all days available. Saturdays and Sundays tend to yield the highest commission opportunities.

This sales role is particularly well-suited for individuals seeking to supplement their income through part-time work.

Compensation:

• Starting pay of $25 per hour, with additional bonuses for exceeding sales quotas.
• Employment classified as W-2.
• We offer a promotional kit and provide bi-weekly pay via direct deposit.
• Our average brand ambassadors earn between $200 and $300 daily, with top performers exceeding $500 per day!

Bonus Structure:
Ambassadors have the potential to earn commission based on product sales during their shifts (10:00 AM to 5:30 PM) when customers frequently purchase our products:

• Sell 30 Super Greens and earn $90 in commission.
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen and earn $60 in commission.
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) and earn $15 in commission.

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Engage and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by our suppliers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company at Costco.
• Deliver excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Regularly monitor communication from your manager regarding scheduling and other important updates.
• Attend scheduled paid compliance calls with your team and/or regional manager.
• Be able to lift and transport a 2′ x 4′ folding table (approximately 20 pounds) from the parking lot to the store and back after your shift, along with necessary products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials.
• Stand for extended periods and work independently as the sole representative at your location.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and engage customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in direct sales is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in email and computer/mobile device usage.
