We are currently seeking enthusiastic, positive, and sales-driven professionals for our Midland Costco location. This is an exceptional opportunity to serve as brand ambassadors for nutritional supplements produced by Qunol & Zena, including popular items such as Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.
Are you a self-motivated individual who is passionate about achieving goals and enjoys engaging with customers? If so, we would love to have you on our team! selected representatives will receive comprehensive training to effectively promote and sell our highly regarded products, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and a variety of Turmeric items.
Demo Schedule:
- Available hours: 10 AM – 5:30 PM
- All days available; Saturdays and Sundays yield the highest commission opportunities.
This position is perfect for individuals seeking supplemental income through part-time work.
Compensation:
- Starting rate of $25 per hour, plus bonuses for exceeding sales targets.
- W-2 employment status.
- A promotional kit will be provided, along with bi-weekly paychecks via direct deposit.
- Our average brand ambassadors earn between $200 to $300 daily, while those at the top of their game can earn $500+ per day!
Bonus Structure:
- The sales opportunities include four different products, typically featuring three items during your shift.
- Shifts run from 10 AM to 5:30 PM, allowing for additional exposure during Costco’s open hours.
- Example commission potentials include:
- Sell 30 Super Greens: earn $90 in commission
- Sell 20 Liquid Collagen: earn $60 in commission
- Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10: earn $15 in commission
Sales Promoter Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with Costco members to promote various supplier brands.
- Represent both yourself and the company in a competent and professional manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service as a representative of Direct Demo.
- Regularly monitor and respond to communications from your manager regarding scheduling and updates.
- Participate in scheduled paid compliance calls with team members and/or the regional manager.
- Capable of lifting and transporting a 2’x4′ folding table (approximately 20 pounds) to and from the Costco location.
- Manage product, demonstration supplies, and sales materials efficiently at the start and end of each shift.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and converse with customers.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in direct sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic email and computer/mobile device operations.
