Job description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, positive, and sales-driven professionals for our Kalamazoo Costco location. This is an exceptional opportunity to represent and promote nutritional supplements from Qunol and Zena, including Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.
If you are a highly motivated individual, enjoy engaging with people, and possess self-starter qualities, we would love to hear from you! As a sales representative, you will receive comprehensive training to effectively encourage sales through active demonstrations of our popular products, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric offerings.
Available demo hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM every day, with weekends offering the best potential for commissions. This position is ideal for those seeking to supplement their income with part-time employment.
Compensation:
- Starting at $25 per hour, plus bonuses for exceeding sales targets
- W-2 employment status
- Promotional kit provided along with bi-weekly direct deposit paychecks
- Our average brand ambassadors earn between $200 and $300 per day, while top performers can earn over $500 daily.
Bonus Structure:
Representatives will have the opportunity to earn additional commissions based on product sales during their shifts:
- Sell 30 Super Greens to earn $90 in commission
- Sell 20 Liquid Collagen for an additional $60 in commission
- Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) to earn $15 in commission
Sales Promoter Responsibilities:
- Engage and interact with Costco members to promote the brands provided by our suppliers.
- Represent yourself and the company with professionalism at all times while on duty.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
- Regularly check for scheduling updates and communications from your manager.
- Participate in regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team members and/or the regional manager.
- Be prepared to lift and transport a 2’ x 4’ folding table (approximately 20 pounds) from the parking lot to the store and back at the conclusion of your shift.
- Carry products, demonstration materials, and sales literature to and from your vehicle at the start and end of each shift.
- Stand for extended periods and work independently as the sole team member at your assigned location.
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and engage customers.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience in direct sales preferred.
- Proficiency in email and basic computer/mobile device usage.
