Job description:

We are excited to announce an opportunity at our Traverse City Costco location. We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-oriented professionals to serve as passionate brand ambassadors for our nutritional supplements, featuring products from Qunol and Zena, including Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

If you are a highly motivated individual with a love for engaging with customers and a proven self-starter mentality, this position may be perfect for you! As a representative, you will receive training to drive sales while actively demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our trending products, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric items.

Available Demo Hours: 10 AM – 5:30 PM, available every day with Saturdays and Sundays recognized as high commission opportunities. This part-time sales position is an excellent fit for individuals seeking to supplement their income.

Compensation:

• Starting pay of $25 per hour, with additional bonus opportunities based on exceeding sales targets.
• W-2 employment status.
• We provide a promotional kit and offer bi-weekly direct deposit paychecks.
• On average, our brand ambassadors earn between $200 and $300 per day, with top performers exceeding $500 daily.

Bonus Structure:
Our bonus system allows you to maximize your earnings based on the sale of our products during each shift, which runs from 10 AM to 5:30 PM, tapping into the extra hours when Costco members are shopping.

• Sell 30 Super Greens to earn a $90 commission.
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen to earn a $60 commission.
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) to earn a $15 commission.

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Engage and interact with Costco members to promote the brands provided by our suppliers.
• Represent yourself and the company with professionalism at all times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Regularly check emails and messages for scheduling updates and communication from your manager.
• Participate in scheduled paid compliance calls with your team and/or regional manager.
• Ability to lift and transport a 2’ x 4’ folding table (approximately 20 pounds) to and from your vehicle.
• Capability to stand for extended periods and work autonomously without direct supervision at your assigned location.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills to engage customers.
• Excellent verbal communication abilities.
• Previous experience in direct sales is preferred.
• Basic email, computer, and mobile device skills.
