Job description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and sales-oriented professionals to join our team at the Wyoming Costco location. This is an exceptional opportunity to serve as passionate brand ambassadors for high-quality nutritional supplements produced by Qunol and Zena, including our popular Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

As a sales representative, you will receive training to effectively promote and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of our in-demand products, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric offerings.

Available Demo Hours:
10:00 AM – 5:30 PM, every day of the week, with Saturdays and Sundays offering the highest commission potential.

This position is perfect for those looking to supplement their income through part-time work.

Compensation:

• Starting pay of $25 per hour, with the potential for bonuses based on exceeding sales quotas.
• W-2 employment status.
• A promotional kit will be provided, along with bi-weekly pay via direct deposit.
• On average, our brand ambassadors earn between $200-$300 per day, with top performers earning $500+ daily.

Bonus Structure:
Our booth typically showcases four products, and representatives will receive credit for all sales during their shifts. Here’s a summary of potential earnings based on product sales:

• Sell 30 Super Greens and earn a $90 commission.
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen for a $60 commission.
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) for a $15 commission.

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Engage and interact with Costco members to promote a variety of brands provided by suppliers.
• Present yourself and the company in a competent and professional manner.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Regularly monitor communication from your manager regarding scheduling and other updates.
• Participate in scheduled paid compliance calls with your team and regional manager.
• Lift and transport a 2’ x 4’ folding table (approximately 20 pounds) from the parking lot to the store and back.
• Carry demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from your vehicle at the start and end of each shift.
• Maintain the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Work independently as the sole representative in your location.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with the ability to approach and engage customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience in direct sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in email and basic computer/mobile device usage.
