We are excited to announce that we are currently seeking enthusiastic, sales-driven professionals to join our team at the Costco location in Auburn Hills. This is an exceptional opportunity to serve as passionate brand ambassadors for nutritional supplements produced by Qunol and Zena, including Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

As a Sales Representative, you will receive comprehensive training to effectively promote and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of our highly sought-after products, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric options.

Demo Hours:
Available hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with all days open for scheduling. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays tend to yield the highest commission opportunities. This role is particularly well-suited for individuals seeking to supplement their income through part-time employment.

Compensation:

• Starting at $25 per hour, along with bonuses based on exceeding sales targets.
• W-2 employment status
• Promotional kits provided, with bi-weekly paychecks issued via direct deposit.
• Average earnings for our brand ambassadors range from $200 to $300 per day, with top performers earning over $500 daily.

Bonus Structure:
With the opportunity to promote four different products at Costco, shifts run from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, allowing you to earn credit for daily sales in the extended hours when customers continue to purchase our products. The bonus potential is as follows:

• Achieve sales of 30 Super Greens to earn $90 in commission.
• Sell 20 Liquid Collagen to earn $60 in commission.
• Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (regular price) to earn $15 in commission.

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Engage proactively with Costco members to promote diverse brands provided by our suppliers.
• Represent yourself and the company with professionalism and competence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Regularly check in for scheduling messages and other communications from your manager.
• Participate in scheduled paid compliance calls with your team and regional manager.
• Ability to lift and transport a 2’ x 4’ folding table (approximately 20 pounds) and other demonstration materials to and from your vehicle.
• Maintain the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Function independently as the sole representative at each location.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with the capacity to engage and converse with customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in direct sales is preferred.
• Proficient using email and basic computer/mobile device applications.
