Job description:

We are actively seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven professionals to join our team at the Madison Heights Costco location. This is a remarkable opportunity to serve as passionate brand ambassadors for our distinguished nutritional supplements from Qunol and Zena, including Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

As a representative, you will receive comprehensive training to drive sales while effectively showcasing the features, benefits, and value of our highly regarded products including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric offerings.

Available Demo Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM on all days, with Saturday and Sunday being the most lucrative commission days. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to supplement their income through part-time work.

Compensation:

• Starting pay is $25 per hour, plus bonuses for exceeding sales quotas.
• This is a W-2 employment opportunity.
• A promotional kit will be provided, along with bi-weekly direct deposit paychecks.
• Our average brand ambassadors earn between $200 and $300 per day, while top performers can exceed $500 daily.

Bonus Structure:
Our bonus framework reflects significant earning potential based on sales. Shifts begin at 10 AM and conclude at 5:30 PM, providing additional time for customer engagement and product sales.

• Earn $90 in commission by selling 30 units of Super Greens.
• Earn $60 in commission by selling 20 units of Liquid Collagen.
• Earn $15 in commission by selling 5 units of Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale).

Sales Promoter Responsibilities:

• Approach and engage with Costco members to promote products from our suppliers.
• Present yourself and the company in a professional and competent manner while at Costco.
• Deliver excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Regularly monitor messages regarding scheduling and other communications from your manager.
• Participate in scheduled paid compliance calls with your team or regional manager.
• Ability to lift and transport a 2’ x 4’ folding table to and from your vehicle; the table weighs approximately 20 pounds.
• Transport products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials to and from your vehicle at the start and end of each shift.
• Maintain the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Work independently without direct supervision as the sole representative at each location.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality with the capability to engage and converse with customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience in direct sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in email and basic computer/mobile device functionalities.
